1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 001jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different personal details, or through the use of another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 001jl account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change. 001jl is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time verification codes issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 001jl will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified 001jl of unauthorised access or a security compromise.

001jl reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a violation of applicable Philippine law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 001jl Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, wager settlements, and bonus credits — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 001jl does not impose currency conversion on PHP transactions.

6. Betting Rules

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that particular game or market.

A bet is considered accepted and binding once 001jl's system has confirmed the bet and issued a bet reference number. 001jl reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where a technical error has materially affected the outcome of a game or market. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.

For sports betting markets, the following general rules apply:

• All prices and odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at acceptance are the final odds applicable to your bet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 001jl Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or accessing the Platform using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy that exploits pricing inefficiencies in a manner that is not consistent with recreational play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand information in live poker or other card games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or glitches in any way. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known software error are not considered valid and will be voided.
• Using the Platform to facilitate, conceal, or launder funds derived from illegal activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 001jl's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 001jl account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

001jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, whether foreseeable or not, even if 001jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

001jl does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside 001jl's reasonable control (including telecommunications outages and internet service disruptions) may affect Platform availability. 001jl is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

001jl collects, stores, and processes personal data about you in connection with your use of the Platform. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

001jl will share your personal data with PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law or where 001jl is legally compelled to do so. 001jl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Amendments to These Terms

001jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 001jl will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 001jl Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 001jl support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 001jl, you agree to first contact 001jl's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with the procedures established by that regulatory body. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief from a competent Philippine court.
